In a big push with Apple the music industry is moving to save the “album format”. The record industry is adamant to keep the rewards of the past high-ticket price on their package, or “album format” against the digital download. The ability of choice and to take only the songs you like is reaping vast carnage on their huge profits.

2 Amazing Live Keane Concerts Never Seen!

I was amazed to find 2 of the earliest recorded Keane band concerts! The one in Dec 1999 was amazing and I am going to watch the other one today. These are going to be released in the summer as DVDs for collectors and right now you can get 2 song digital downloads of the concert for your computer or portable device.

Tickets On sale now! Keane Live at Bull and Gate London

From the MusicTV archives comes Keane Bands earliest known recorded concert from December 17, 1999. The band still has an electric guitar, Tom on the guitar and Tim on the bass. Keane, for the first recording ever steps on stage at the famous Bull and Gate in stylish Kentishtown London with OnlineTV.com broadcasting live on its MusicTV.com web site. This digital download is a small encoding made that day. It's size is 160 x 112 pixels and is encoded in mono as it was made live and is still the original file. Time is 9min 36 seconds.
